It is a permanent resident visa specially crafted for those people whose all the near relatives have moved to Australia and only they are left in their homeland. The applicant can include only their partner and their or their partner’s child or stepchild under the family members in this visa application. However, at the time of applying for a visa application and at the time of visa grant the applicant must be offshore from Australia.
Benefits:
The applicant after being granted the visa can reside in Australia as a permanent resident and after fulfilling the requirements can even apply for Australian citizenship. For five years from the date of visa grant the applicant can easily leave and re-enter Australia.
